Deskripsi Kerja

Company: Asia Trans Supply Chain Sdn Bhd

Salary: RM2,00 – RM5,00 (Negotiable based on experience)

Working Days: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm; Sat: 8:30 am – 1:00 pm)

Basic Rights: EPF, SOCSO, Medical Leave, Annual Leave, Maternity Leave, Public Holidays

Benefits: Medical claims, Overtime compensation, Alternate Saturdays off, Annual reviews, Bonuses

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and check import documents.
  • Coordinate payments and customs clearance forms.
  • Manage delivery arrangements.
  • Provide customer updates and support.
  • Collaborate with customs and related departments.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year experience in customer service forwarding.
  • Team player with strong focus.
  • Familiarity with port and customs systems.

Keperluan

  • Physically and Mentally Healthy
  • Minimum Age of 18 Years
  • No Criminal Record
  • Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Minimum Education of High School Diploma
  • Able to Work in a Team
  • Able to Work Under Pressure
