Deskripsi Kerja
Acetalent Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated Documentation Officer (SAP) to support our Engineering and EHS departments. The ideal candidate will manage SAP transactions, ensure accurate documentation, and assist with reporting and administrative tasks. This position provides an opportunity to learn compliance-related procedures such as GMP, HACCP, and FSMS on the job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and process Purchase Requisitions.
- Perform MIGO and SES transactions in SAP.
- Maintain organized documentation.
- Assist department heads with reports and data analysis.
- Undertake ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements: Familiarity with SAP preferred, strong organizational skills, good communication, and willingness to learn.
