Join Teleperformance as a Mandarin-Speaking Customer Service Representative! We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree and above
- English proficiency B2 CEFR level or higher (verbal and written)
- Fluent in Mandarin (both written and spoken)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Team Management within BPO/Contact Centre Environment; exposure to trading/crypto currency is a plus.
- Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and planning skills with a passion for user experience.
Responsibilities: Manage BPO care operations, drive collaboration with functional leaders, analyze performance, and foster a customer-focused culture.
