Role: Customer Service – E-Hailing & Deliveries Service (Back-Office)
Shift: Monday – Friday | 9 am – 6:30 pm / 10 am – 7:30 pm
Salary: RM 2,100 + KPI Allowance RM 200
Responsibilities:
- Helpdesk support via phone, chat, and email
- Exceed customer expectations
- Collaborate to achieve KPIs
- Good computer literacy
