Deskripsi Kerja
Join Yamato Transport (M) Sdn Bhd, a leading international Japanese freight forwarding and transportation company. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Customer Service Officer to enhance our team. Responsibilities include promoting excellent customer service, coordinating trucking and ocean freight activities, resolving customer complaints, and processing orders efficiently.
Requirements: SPM/Diploma, 2 years of forwarding experience, proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of international freight forwarding preferred. Position is on-site in Bayan Lepas, Penang, immediate availability preferred.
Compensation: RM2,800.00 to RM3,100.00 per month, with health insurance benefits.
