Job Summary:
The Intake Care Representative is responsible for the timely issuance of Guarantees of Payments (GOP) for our customers worldwide. This role involves analyzing requests for medical treatments and hospitalizations, verifying coverage, and collaborating with Case Managers and Medical Directors.
You will communicate frequently with medical providers and insured individuals, primarily via email, to gather necessary information and address queries regarding the Guarantee of Payment.
