Job Purpose:
Hotayi Electronic (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Clerk to perform clerical and administrative functions under the direction of the department manager. This role is essential for maintaining efficient office operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer and screen telephone calls, greet visitors, and route messages to appropriate individuals.
- Manage work orders by issuing and closing them upon completion.
- Prepare and distribute letters, reports, and documents as requested.
- Handle daily administrative tasks and prepare monthly reports.
