Deskripsi Kerja
Syarikat Ong Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Executive Company Secretary to manage secretarial matters for both Malaysian and international companies. The ideal candidate will handle compliance, advise on statutory requirements, and maintain necessary documents.
Your responsibilities include organizing Board of Directors’ meetings, preparing agendas, drafting minutes, and performing ad-hoc tasks. A strong understanding of Malaysia Corporate Enactments and corporate governance is required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM4,00.00 per month
