Role: Customer Service – English or Mandarin Speaker
Note: This position is exclusively for individuals with physical disabilities holding an OKU card.
Location: Sub Visio & Kuala Lumpur Sentral, Malaysia
Salary: RM3,00 basic + KPI allowance + Shift Allowance
Joining Date: Immediate joiner
Required Language: English or Mandarin
Work Hours: Rotational shifts
Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer support, respond to inquiries, effectively communicate, meet performance indicators, and handle de-escalation processes with dissatisfied customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM10,00.00 per month
