Deskripsi Kerja
GCB MANAGEMENT SDN BHD is seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager. Responsibilities include reviewing Talent & Culture policies, monitoring labor trends, and administering the Performance Appraisal Program. Develop recruitment strategies and interview candidates.
We’re looking for someone to identify and nurture potential team members. A Diploma or Advanced Diploma is preferred, along with at least one year of administrative experience. Proficiency in English is essential.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM4,00.00 – RM5,00.00 per month. Benefits include dental and health insurance, free parking, meals, and professional development opportunities.
