We are seeking a dedicated Guest Service Agent to join our team at JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will handle front desk reception, guest check-in and check-out, account settlements, and inquiries. Assist with luggage and guide guests to their rooms. Strong communication and teamwork are essential. Participation in training is required to enhance skills and service quality.
