Deskripsi Kerja
bTaskee Co., Ltd. is seeking a Recruitment and Training Specialist to join our team. This full-time position entails developing recruitment plans for collaborators (Taskers) based on our company’s needs. You will be responsible for posting job openings, screening resumes, and organizing candidate interviews. Collaboration with various departments to ensure candidate quality is essential.
Your role will also include creating training programs for new collaborators and enhancing skill development for current employees. Additionally, you will manage and coordinate work operations within the company’s system.
Salary range: RM3,500.00 – RM5,500.00 per month.
