Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to drive people strategies that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. This role will encompass the full HR lifecycle, fostering a diverse workplace while aligning local HR initiatives with our company’s culture and values in Malaysia.
Job Requirements:
– Minimum 10 years in HR Management or business partnering roles
– Experience in large, complex organizations
– Passion for people growth
– Strong communication skills
– In-depth knowledge of local labor laws
– Business-minded with a proven track record
Pay: RM10,00 – RM14,00 per month
