Deskripsi Kerja

CR3 (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD is seeking an experienced HR & Admin Executive. You will oversee the entire recruitment process, including candidate identification, advertisement creation, and interview facilitation. Your responsibilities also include preparing appointment letters, conducting orientation for new hires, monitoring probation periods, and salary calculations.

Requirements: Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent, with at least 3 years of HR experience and familiarity with payroll software.

This position offers Permanent and Contract roles, with a salary range of RM2,200.00 – RM3,800.00/month, plus benefits like health insurance and maternity leave.
