Deskripsi Kerja
Seng Long Construction & Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in tender and contract reviews, preparing contract documents, and negotiating with contractors.
- Preparing tender submissions and calculating construction costs based on tender drawings.
- Inviting subcontractors to submit quotations and evaluating them accordingly.
- Preparing tender documents, including measurements and Bills of Quantities.
- Handling progress claims, site valuations, variation orders, and final accounts.
- Attending all project meetings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
