Deskripsi Kerja
FXTLINK GROUP ENTERPRISE is seeking a dedicated Hub Supervisor for our Cyberjaya and TTDI Jaya locations. The ideal candidate should be between 25 to 35 years old, male, possess their own vehicle, and demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership in managing riders, dispatchers, and hub operations.
- Ensure timely delivery and adherence to company KPIs.
- Monitor staff performance and resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Experience in delivery services (J&T Express, Leader Route, or supervisory roles).
- Ability to communicate effectively and maintain workplace ethics.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 – RM4,00.00 per month
