Deskripsi Kerja
YCH DISTRIPARK SDN. BHD is seeking a dedicated individual for the position of Officer Ops Admin Customer Service. Your responsibilities will include calling customers to schedule and confirm delivery appointments, coordinating effectively with operations teams to ensure timely deliveries, and monitoring shipment statuses.
You will handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, maintain accurate records, and support special projects related to delivery operations. Ideal candidates should hold a Diploma or Advanced Diploma, with 1 year of administrative experience preferred.
