Deskripsi Kerja
Job Descriptions: We are seeking a proactive Retail Expert to engage with customers and identify their needs. Responsibilities include selling, cross-selling, upselling products, managing inquiries, and complaints professionally.
Job Requirements: Candidates should possess at least an SPM, Diploma, or Degree with 2 years of sales or customer service experience. Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu are essential.
Salary Package: RM 2,400 (Basic Pay) + RM 40 (Laundry Allowance) + Commission + Benefits.
