Job Summary: The Service Crew is essential for delivering an exceptional dining experience. You will be responsible for taking customer orders, answering inquiries, making menu recommendations, serving food and beverages, and handling cashier duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Upsell promotional items.
- Conduct quality checks to enhance guest experience.
- Perform daily opening and closing activities as per SOPs.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,00.00 per month
