Your Role:
- Answer calls and assist customers in a friendly manner.
- Manage class scheduling and student registrations.
- Provide quality service and answer inquiries.
- Perform basic administrative tasks.

- Fluency in English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
- Passionate, cheerful, and excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer skills are required.
