Deskripsi Kerja
We are Career FOS Search and we are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is fluent in Traditional Mandarin. As the first point of contact, you will assist customers through voice and email support, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and emails professionally, providing timely solutions.
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups and customer surveys.
- Build strong customer relationships and resolve complaints effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh Graduates
Pay: RM2,800.00 – RM3,700.00 per month
