Deskripsi Kerja
Location: Malaysia, Selangor, Cyberjaya
WoodWing is seeking a dedicated Support Consultant to join our Customer Success team. This role involves assisting business partners with the installation, configuration, and management of WoodWing applications. You will respond to technical queries, analyze and resolve issues, and maintain communication with partners and customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least three years of customer support experience.
- Broad technical knowledge in ICT, including Windows, Linux, and MacOS management, relational databases, and web application technologies.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
