Deskripsi Kerja

Join our culinary team at Hatten Hotel Melaka as a Jr. Sous Chef! In this role, you will assist the Sous Chef in assigning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of food production, including prep kitchen and service areas. You will maintain food quality following company recipes and procedures, manage daily production and service flow, and ensure excellent housekeeping practices in all food-producing areas.
