Deskripsi Kerja
Are you ready to lead and manage operations at Shopee’s Sorting Centre in Kuala Lumpur? As a Sortation Centre Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient processes from receiving to sorting and outbound shipping.
You will be responsible for scheduling, staffing, and monitoring key performance metrics, while coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Strong teamwork capabilities and experience in warehouse operations are preferred. A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering is required. Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems is a plus.
This position requires a 45-hour work week in a rotational shift schedule.
