Location: Ambercove
ECS Facility Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Building Executive to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our residents. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to maintain safety standards, enforce budgeting protocols, and establish effective communication channels with committee members, residents, and local authorities.
Your key responsibilities include supervising service providers, resolving resident complaints, organizing meetings, and preparing management reports. Compliance with the Strata Management Act 2013 (Act 757) is essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Starting from RM3,00.00 per month
