Deskripsi Kerja
AsiaPacTalents Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Bayan Lepas, Penang. In this full-time role, you will support customers in placing online orders and provide timely assistance through phone and email communication channels.
Key responsibilities include processing payments securely, safeguarding customer data, and proactively addressing issues to enhance client satisfaction and brand loyalty. Candidates must hold at least a diploma and be fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
