Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join us as a Customer Service Executive. Your role will involve creating a positive experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers professionally.
• Answer calls and manage inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and provide information about our services.
• Handle customer complaints and maintain a clean working area.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,800 per month
