Deskripsi Kerja
Location: Amber Cove
We are seeking a dedicated Building Technician to join our team at ECS Facility Management Sdn Bhd. You will assist the Building Manager with site operations and administration, ensure smooth security operations, supervise landscape maintenance, carry out minor repairs, manage records of mechanical and electrical parts, perform periodic equipment checks, and monitor outside contractors. Compliance with the Strata Management Act 2013 is essential, and you must be on-call 24/7 at designated sites.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Starting from RM1,800.00 per month
