Deskripsi Kerja

We are seeking a dedicated Service Administrator to join our team at Avertec Sdn Bhd. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Recording daily activities in the computer database system
• Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries
• Managing collections and ensuring timely service processing
• Tracking and updating customer service records
• Resolving complaints to improve customer satisfaction
• Providing general administrative support as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 – RM2,200.00 per month
