Join our team at Dream Home Creative Furniture (M) Sdn Bhd as a Customer Service Admin! In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries and provide information about our products and services. You will be responsible for processing transactions accurately, resolving customer complaints promptly, and managing phone calls and emails efficiently.
We expect you to maintain a clean and organized workspace while fostering positive relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction. This is a full-time position suitable for new graduates.
Pay ranges from RM1,700.00 to RM2,500.00 per month, and the work location is in-person.
