Deskripsi Kerja
Join our team as an ICT Helpdesk Manager at Scicom! In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for all ICT, physical security, and facility issues. Your key responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, communicating with clients, managing user IDs, and collaborating with internal and external parties.
We are looking for candidates with a Diploma in IT or Computer Science, at least one year of customer support experience, and ITIL certification. Strong problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and effective communication are essential.
