Deskripsi Kerja
Grand Swiss-Belhotel Melaka, operated by Farawide Sdn. Bhd., is looking for dedicated and service-oriented individuals to join our Front Office team as a Bellman. This role includes assisting guests with their luggage, providing information, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist with luggage handling.
- Escort guests to their rooms and introduce hotel amenities.
- Provide information about services and local attractions.
- Coordinate with Front Office and Concierge teams.
Requirements: Minimum SPM qualification, previous hospitality experience preferred.
Full-time position with a salary of RM1,700.00 – RM1,800.00 per month.
