We are seeking a Junior Sous Chef to assist the Sous Chef in coordinating kitchen activities and managing food preparation and cooking. Your role will involve planning menus and ensuring efficient food service while optimizing food surpluses.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years in a similar hotel role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Competent in Microsoft Office
- Able to work shifts, including nights
- Excellent communication skills
