Deskripsi Kerja

Agensi Pekerjaan NS Shue Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Manager to lead our automotive service operations located at Jalan Kapar, Klang. This role offers a competitive salary of RM 5,500 – RM 8,00 per month.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the workshop.
  • Supervise technicians and conduct performance reviews.
  • Handle customer issues and warranty claims.
  • Maintain high service quality standards.
  • Training and liaising with manufacturers.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in vehicle workshop management.
  • Technical engine and diagnostics knowledge.
  • Experience in training and customer interactions.
