Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented E-Commerce Call Center Executive to join our Service Centre team. This role focuses on providing support to customers via hotline and email, primarily addressing e-commerce-related inquiries. The ideal candidate will effectively communicate, resolve customer issues promptly, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Job Details:

• Location: Johor Bharu
• Job Type: 12 months contract (yearly renewable)
• Salary: RM2,300.00 – RM2,800.00 per month
