Deskripsi Kerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Professionally handle incoming calls and walk-in customers.
• Schedule therapist massage sequences and manage schedules.
• Arrange customer bookings and promote massage packages to generate sales.
• Address customer complaints with professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness at the front desk and outlets.
• Assist with administrative tasks and handle cash transactions accurately.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM required, with previous experience as a Receptionist preferred.
• Must be able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal skills and computer literacy.
