Deskripsi Kerja
Leverage Global Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will assist in recruitment, coordinate employee onboarding, and maintain HR records. Additionally, support the HR Manager with employee benefits, conflict resolution, and performance management while organizing training programs.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, prior HR experience, strong knowledge of HR policies, excellent communication skills, and confidentiality.
