Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal advice and support to our organization, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Your responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting legal research, and representing the company in legal proceedings. Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly are essential.
The successful candidate will have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and be licensed to practice law. Experience in corporate law or related fields is preferred.
