Wellesley Hotel is seeking a friendly and efficient Front Office Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will:

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide information about our services and amenities.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately.
• Manage room reservations.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly.
• Operate our Property Management System.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions securely.
• Maintain a clean front desk area.
• Collaborate with hotel staff effectively.

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Up to RM1,700.00 per month
