Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative fluent in Mandarin for our E-Hailing & Deliveries Service, catering to the Taiwan & Hong Kong markets. This position is based in Johor Bahru.
Joining Bonus: RM5,00 (Paid in 2 installments after 6 and 12 months of service).
Salary: RM3,00 basic + RM300 (6-day allowance) + RM300 (Night Shift) + RM400 (KPI).
Contract: 24 months, renewable.
Requirements: 18+, SPM/UEC/SKM 3/SVM 3/IGCSE, fluency in Mandarin & English, ability to read Traditional Chinese.
Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via calls, live chat, and email; exceed expectations; meet KPIs/SLAs.
