We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Logistics Customer Service Representative to join our team at Agensi Pekerjaan NS Shue Sdn Bhd in Bukit Tinggi, Klang. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and possess strong communication skills.
Position: Customer Service Logistic
Location: Bukit Tinggi, Klang
Salary: RM 3,500 – RM 4,500 per month
Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
– Respond to customer feedback and requests.
– Manage shipment bookings and follow up with shipping liners.
Requirements:
– Preferred female candidates with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
– 2 positions available. Training will be provided.
