Responsibilities include preparing and submitting statutory forms, Directors’ Circular Resolutions, Minutes of Meetings, and ensuring compliance with the Companies Act and other regulations.
Requirements: Candidates should have at least 1 to 2 years of secretarial experience, familiarity with the Companies Act 2016, proficiency in English, and good communication skills. Being computer literate in Microsoft Office is essential.
