Deskripsi Kerja
Inter Great Holdings (M) Sdn Bhd is looking for a proactive and organized Junior HR Generalist to join our Business Development Team. You will support daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll assistance, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documents.
- Support payroll preparation and staff claims.
- Handle attendance and leave records.
- Assist in organizing training and engagement activities.
Requirements: Diploma/Degree in HR or related field; 1-2 years HR experience preferred; strong communication skills; organized and confidential.
Pay: RM2,200.00 – RM2,800.00 per month.
