Agensi Pekerjaan NS Shue Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Secretary to manage the CEO’s schedule, travel arrangements, and meetings, with coordination required with our partners in China and Japan.
You will act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, handling confidential business and personal matters with the utmost professionalism.
Responsibilities include assisting in research, reporting, correspondence, and overseeing personal affairs, such as household management and travel.
This is a full-time in-person position requiring effective multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
