Agensi Pekerjaan AC Services Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive and people-oriented Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team in Johor Bahru. This position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in recruitment or human resources.
You will manage the entire recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiation and onboarding. If connecting with people excites you and you are results-driven, we offer an uncapped commission structure alongside excellent growth opportunities.
Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR, fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and strong interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
