The responsibilities include organizing and scheduling production activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards, resolving quality issues, and optimizing production methods to reduce costs. The ideal candidate should have at least a diploma in a related field and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with good communication abilities, are essential. We are looking for an independent and organized team player who is willing to take on challenges.
