Deskripsi Kerja
Join Scicom MSC Berhad as an ICT Helpdesk Specialist! You will represent our ICT HelpDesk, addressing ICT, physical security, and facility issues. Your key responsibilities include providing first-level troubleshooting, escalating tickets, and communicating with clients regarding ticket status. You will also manage user IDs, extract reports, and follow up on tasks assigned to NOC engineers. Ideal candidates should have a diploma in IT or relevant fields, ITIL certification, and at least one year of experience in customer support. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
