Deskripsi Kerja
Location: Iskandar Putri, Johor
Salary: RM2,00 – RM2,500 (Basic) + Allowance + Incentives
Working Days: 6 days per week (Rotation shift)
Transport: Shuttle bus provided
As a Customer Support Representative at Startek JB, you’ll assist customers with inquiries related to our E-hailing project, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements: Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English, minimum SPM qualification, willing to work rotation shifts, able to start in November.
