Deskripsi Kerja
Join Global Precision Sales & Services as a Customer Service Assistant! We are seeking a dedicated individual to ensure exceptional customer service by efficiently addressing inquiries and complaints.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Checking quotes, following up on approvals, and coordinating with suppliers.
- Assisting with essential document preparation and inventory management.
- Organizing audiologist events and seminars.
Requirements: Minimum SPM/O Level education; fresh graduates are welcome. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required. Hospital experience preferred.
Working Hours: 5.5 days a week; contract duration of 5-6 months.
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM2,200.00 per month.
