Job Purpose: Drive business growth by identifying and selling to potential prospects while maintaining strong client relationships. Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term business success.

Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities, develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, convert prospects into customers with value-driven proposals, achieve sales targets, and ensure timely payment settlements.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Exceed sales targets, maintain an active pipeline report, grow existing accounts, and ensure timely payment collections.
